You don't have to be an avid reader.
It's 40 pages, split into 8 chapters. It's broken up with 30 pictures, 5 diagrams and, most of all, ZERO pressure. You can take the e-book at your own pace. I've created both Clean and Explicit versions (depending on whether you prefer swearing or not!) BOTH of which you get when you purchase. Importantly, I've included lots of laughs. And, did I mention there's memes?!
It's intentionally Neurodiversity-Friendly!
No dodgy fonts, long-ass paragraphs or text-only dissertations! It's sectioned, paragraphed, chaptered, scattered with funny anecdotes and full of absolutely relevant memes to really drill the points home without boring you to tears.
You know what? The beauty of hindsight is also the gift of experience. In hindsight, maybe I should have named my book "My Very Easy Method to Stop Being A D*ck To Yourself", but here we are with "The Neuroscience of Negative Self-Talk (and How To Use It To Transform Your Life)"! Think of my book as "hacking the system"; allowing you to shortcut the mega heavy stuff and learn what matters to you, in YOUR life, right now.
No, for a couple of reasons. Firstly, the software required to create a high quality audiobook is different to the software for making an e-book. However, the main reason is because this e-book has been intentionally created to have imagery, obvious 'pause' moments and diagrams. For now, an e-book works best.
Perhaps one day, but the cost of printing is exponential and I love that, as an e-book, you can literally access the content from anywhere in the world. It's like having immediate access to coaching tools in your pocket!
