Membership Terms & Conditions

By applying for an IdeasFest Scholarship, you agree to the following:

1. Eligibility

Scholarships are open to new annual members of The Club for Busy Minds.

Membership must be purchased on the annual plan prior to IdeasFest 2025 to qualify.

2. Scholarship Inclusions

One complimentary IdeasFest 2025 ticket (standard entry, worth £249).

One private 30–45 minute 1:1 coaching session with Georgie Harrison at IdeasFest (worth £75).

Exclusive Founder Member discounted annual membership rate for The Club for Busy Minds.

3. Membership Commitment

Scholarship is only available to those who join on the annual membership plan.

Membership payments are non-refundable once confirmed.

Founder Member pricing is locked in for life as long as you remain a member in good standing (i.e., continuous, uninterrupted membership without cancellation).

4. Club Opening Date

The Club for Busy Minds will officially open after enrolment closes on 15th September 2025.

From this date, all Club content will be delivered via the membership portal.

5. Availability

Only a limited number of scholarships are available. Once the allocation is filled, no further scholarships will be offered.

Scholarships are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

6. Ticket Delivery

Scholarship recipients will receive full details of how to access their complimentary IdeasFest ticket once their membership is confirmed.

Travel, accommodation, and additional event costs are not included.

7. Coaching Session

The 1:1 session will take place at IdeasFest 2025 during an agreed time slot.

Coaching sessions are non-transferable and must be taken during the event.

8. General

Founder Member pricing is a one-time-only discounted rate and will not be available again.

Prices for The Club for Busy Minds will increase to standard launch rates at IdeasFest (£550/year or £55/month), and outside of IdeasFest (£590/year or £59/month).
